CPR Instruction for Kids
Get your child signed up today!! Friday, Oct. 12 and Monday, Oct. 15 have openings available (4-6:30p.m.)!
You only attend one class for your child to be fluent and certified in CPR, Choking, and AED use. The American Heart Association recognizes that children ages 10 and up can retain the knowledge and perform CPR when trained to do so.
In an effort to have all of Jasper County CPR-trained, several CPR classes for school-aged children are being offered in the coming months. Empowering our children with real world skills give them confidence and another avenue for knowledge! These classes will start in conjunction with FIRE SAFETY WEEK!
Instruction will cover Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, Choking rescue for adults and children, and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) use. While the class is being offered for free, there is a $20 fee that is passed on for their certification card that lasts two years.
** This class is for children ages 10-15 only **
