Make One Simple Healthy Change

Instead of New Year’s Resolutions, let’s make one simple healthy change and stick with it. Whether you give up sin or cut down on consuming too much, let us talk to Jesus Christ and walk, talk to him so we can be full and healthier too. Let’s Eat _!
Jesus said let’s go fishing; fish is good brain food, so he knew we needed fish so our mind would be the mind in Him. Water makes up 90 percent of the body. God wants us to be clear, odorly, but tasteful.
He said if you drink the water I give you, not only will it purify but also satisfy you. You will never thirst again with Living Water and Bread. I am the Bread of Life that was broken for you to eat and be filled.
Wine—some folks like a little wine with their meal; wine is good for the stomach. But the wine that was my blood shed for you on Calvary will never stain the soul or lose its power.
Now people are making smoothies from fruits. Let’s look at the fruits of the spirits—another good source of foods to eat and be much healthier for one’s body. loving, happy, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-controled. With Christ we kill our selfish feeling and desires. Now we have lost weight.
Heart—the perfect way to learn about the warning signs when worried knock on it and you want to open up and let Jesus in because you tell Him I got this you need to stay in your lane.
John 14:1—Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. The heart tells God about all of us. We have always heard the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach yes, jut ask Ruth in the Bible. Read it and see.
Don’t ignore problems, address them, with an attitude that starts with a positive outlook. Change your focus from what is wrong in your life to what is right in your life.
When you get to God’s place of worship, pack a healthy lunch full of good things and your lunch will feed 5,000 besides the women and children.
We know good posture makes us look better, so come in with your light shining bright because you don’t know who‘s in the dark sitting round you. The songwriter wrote, This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine. Always remember what you plant will grow so be mindful of what you plant, so you can reap a good crop.
A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartaches crush the spirit (Proverbs 15:13, 17. Better a meal of vegetables where there is love than a fattened calf with hatred. v30. A cheerful look brings joy to the heart and good news gives health to the bones, not arthritis.
Let 2019 be a happy new beginning in our lives. Paul said it like this Forgetting the thing behind us, pressing for the good things ahead of us. Amen.
