Giving Thanks and Honor
St. John 3:3 says
Jesus answered all of our questions and said, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
To the Monticello News staff, To God be the glory. I can always find a season to give thanks and honor. Just this morning I rose up out of bed wit praise on my lips.

St. John 14:1 says Let not your heart our heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe in God, believe also in me.
St. John 3:16 says For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
St. John 14:27 says “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you; let not our heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27
Psalm 29:11 says the Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Philippians 4:7 say The peace of God, which surpass all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Hebrews 4:7 says Wherefore as the Holy Ghost saith, Today if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your hearts.
I Corinthians 7:17 says
Let each person lead the life that the Lord has assigned to him, us, and to which God has called us. This is my rule in all the churches said the Lord. That’s why some churches close, because God has called us and assigned us to lead the life of righteousness in the light but the church is living in darkness secrets.
II Timothy 3:1 says
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good. V. 4 Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God.
St. John 8:41 says Read the whole chapter. V. 41 Jesus says Ye do the deeds of your father, He said they to him; we be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. Jesus said unto them If God were your Father, he didn’t say that he was their Father but he said If God were ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
Why do ye not understand my speech? Even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murders from the beginning, and bode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him.
When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it.
St. John 9:31 says
Now, Now we know that God heareth Not sinners: but if any man, woman, child, black or white, all colors, be a worshipper of God, and doeth His will, him he heareth. Will write on this if it is proming in the Lord.
