There are approximately four mullion breast cancer survivors including those receiving treatments.

I am included in that four million. There are no warranties. My surgeon was capable of removing my breast, but my lingering problems were caused by the hospital giving me a substitute drug prior to my operation. I coded and almost died, but I lived, but to this day, going on three years, I suffer.
