Storytime was led by Miss Pattie this week. She read “When Fall Comes” and “Grumpy Monkey Play All Day.” Then the boys and girls made colorful turkeys. Come by and check them out on the bulletin at Sever Library.
Sever Library is continuing to collect for the Clark County Food Pantry. We are collecting cans of fruit now, as we collected 24 flats of corn and 24 flats of green beans. We have also put out a donation jar if you would rather donate cash to buy cans of fruit. We would like to thank everyone for supporting us as a drop off for the Clark County Food Pantry. We have seen tremendous support from our community.
Our next Storytime will be on November 20th, with Miss Pattie and Miss Nolene at 10:00a.m. at Sever Library.
Our next event at Sever Library is the Adult Scavenger Hunt. Come in and register and read 15 different genres of books and you will qualify for a drawing for the grand prize. Also, we have heard from Santa Claus that he will be coming to visit Sever Library on December 6, 2024, from 4-6p.m. Rumors are that Frosty the Snowman may be coming, also!
