On Sunday, November 17, Joanne Ragan was honored and awarded the 50-year Certificate of Appreciation and the Certificate of Commendation by the Herman H. Blum Post 192 of the American Legion at the Kahoka Christian Church for her active participation in our community, church, and support of the men and women active and retired from th American Armed Forces.  Congratulations Joanne, and Thank You for all you have accomplished.
