Recreation Ball Begins Saturday

Jasper County recreation t-ball, baseball and softball is scheduled to start this Saturday, April 18, with opening ceremonies at 8 a.m.

However, because of all the rain, they may not be able to play, said recreation director Jay McMichaeal.

If that is the case, there will be no opening day activities, and play will carry on as scheduled beginning Monday, April 20.
