Six Are Indicated for Crimes Against Children
Among the 20 True Bills of Indictment returned by a Jasper County Grand Jury Monday, August 12, children were the victims in numerous cases; two concerned charges of child molestation, and several others concerned cruelty to children.
•James Edward Cole was indicted on three counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of child molestation.
•Adam Scott Mills was indicted on the charge of child molestation.
Other individuals and the charges on which they were indicted are listed below:
•Kristin Emerald Rogers—cruelty to children in the second degree (two counts), obstruction of an officer, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

•John Matthew Ratzel—aggravated assault/family violence, simple battery/family violence, criminal trespass and cruelty to children in the third degree (three counts).
•Armando Cornelio—aggravated assault and cruelty to children in the first degree.
•Timothy D. Rogers—criminal damage to property in the first degree and cruelty to children in the third degree.
•Brandon Hearndon—possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and interference with government property.
•Jeff White—possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
•Michael Wayne Cox—aggravated assault on a peace officer, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, habitual violator, driving while license suspended, obstruction of an officer and speeding.
•Michael Brake—aggravated assault.
•Jerry Crowe—aggravated assault.
•Raymond Neal Ivey—possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana.
•Tony Lee Rooks—possession of prohibited items by inmates.
•Terry Bagwell — aggravated assault, criminal damage to property in the second degree, theft by taking and criminal trespass.
•Maria L. Hutcheson—possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
•Kristina E. Webb—burglary in the first degree.
•Michael Samuel Petty—burglary in the first degree.
•Jason Wayne Hyde—interference with government property.
•Jeffery Sean Kidd, II—interference with government property and obstruction of an officer.
•Mara Davis (aka Mara Wilkerson)—trafficking in methamphetamine, manufacturing marijuana and criminal use of an article with altered identification mark.
•Stephen Perry Wilkerson—trafficking in methamphetamine, manufacturing marijuana and criminal use of an article with altered identification mark.
•Felton Walker—habitual violator, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol (less safe), obstruction of an officer, driving while license suspended, expired tag and open container.
